Shipping

All orders are shipped F.O.B. New York (Unless Otherwise Agreed And Noted) by either UPS, RPS/FedEx Grounded, or Trucking (customer’s preference) Depending on the volume of each shipment.
All out going shipments must be shipped at full carton quantities or meet a minimum sales amount of $300.00. Any orders that do not meet this criteria will be accessed a $25.00 Fee.

Payment Terms

All first time orders are shipped by pre-payment or by credit card (MC,V,AX).
C.O.D. check or open net terms are granted only with an approved Panaria credit application (Panaria credit application only; your company reference sheet is not applicable.) credit cards are accepted only with the required information of the cardholders name and billing address.
All bounced checks are subject to a$25.00 service charge, and check privileges will be suspended for a period of two invoice cycles.
All invoices more than 15 days past due will be subject to a1.5% late charge applicable every 30 days.
Absolutely No unauthorized deductions will be allowed without a credit memo.

Returns And Warranties

Any shortages and/or defects must be reported within two weeks from ship date.
Absolutely No defective merchandise will be accepted after three months from purchase date.
Absolutely No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. All shipments without a valid RA number will be refused and returned.
All returned merchandise will be repaired or replaced.
No refunds are issued under any circumstances.
If merchandise cannot be replaced or repaired, we will issue a company credit equal to that of current market value.

Dear Customers

All orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours. there will be delays during busy months, so please place your orders early when possible. We are not responsible for orders delivered late to show sites.
